Hello dear members!

As you know, we've created a new upgrade table a few weeks ago.
As we have seen in many cases, launching a second site causes a lot of problems in project management.
For the reason, we decided to run our second project in Minerva.

In fact, the new upgrade table you see on the upgrade page belongs to our second project, which we launched in Minerva.

We receive a lot of tickets every day that you are asking about the new upgrade table.
In this post, we will give you an explanation to know how to use the second project.

1. Old users who registered on Minerva before April 1, 2019, can no upgrade to one of the memberships in the second project table.

Such users need to create a new account in order to be able to purchase one of the second project memberships.

I emphasize that we do not have any other sites and we have implemented the second project in the form of a new upgrade table in Minerva.
That is, we have run two projects at the same time, the old upgrade table and the new upgrade table are running simultaneously, and users can use both upgrade tables with the conditions described below.

Their new account should be similar to their old account in Minerva.
For example, if your old username in Minerva is Jack, your new account should be Jack2.

Attention A: Please be aware that there is no compulsory to purchase one of the new upgrade table memberships, and old users who have one of the memberships of the previous upgrade table can still maintain their account without issue.

Attention B: The transition between old and new accounts, as well as the transfer from the old project to the new project, is by no means possible.

Attention C: We've fixed the potential problems with IP restrictions in this case.
Of course, you can create just one account per project, and if we find multiple accounts, we will suspend them at any stage.

Attention D: There are no problems in creating the second account according to the conditions described in the above rows.

Attention E: Creating a second account is to use the new upgrade table and you can not have two accounts in Helios membership.
If you do not upgrade the second account, it will be deleted.

2. New users who registered in Minerva after April 1, 2019, can operate without any restrictions on any of our projects that they wish.

Best Regards

I explained here completely and you are asking about it again.
